Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel offers mixed experiences with rooms providing a divine atmosphere but a constant smell of drains. The service is top-notch, making me feel pampered throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, being right in the middle of the action, yet quiet. Dining options are fresh and tasty but could have a wider selection.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely fabulous! The rooms were large, well-furnished, and extremely quiet despite the busy Rome location. The service went above and beyond to assist, although hot breakfast items were not offered. The location was amazing, with all major attractions within easy walking distance. The dining experience was excellent but a bit expensive at €30 per person. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money.
The hotel's rooms are absolutely gorgeous, nicely designed, and tastefully curated with extraordinary art. The service was top-notch, with staff welcoming us by name and providing informative overviews. The location is fantastic, offering a quiet stay in the heart of Rome with close proximity to local landmarks and great shopping options. The dining experience was superb, providing freshly prepared meals at a reasonable cost.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was spotless, extremely quiet - which is rare in Rome, spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. However, I was surprised by the 60 euro tab for a simple coffee and toast. The service had its highs and lows, with some staff members putting in enormous effort to make our stay pleasant, but there were issues with billing and room cleaning due to understaffing. The location was perfect for us tourists, walking distance to all the main sites, and the dining experience, while delicious on the rooftop, was a bit pricey for what it offered.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a large marble bathroom, although they could benefit from more natural light. The service provided was amazing, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The location is superb, close to great local restaurants, shopping, and major landmarks. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious food served with a view.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, although they lacked natural light. The Acqua di Parma products provided a touch of luxury, reminding me of the Amalfi coast. The jacuzzi view suite was absolutely amazing. The service was exceptional, with staff members like Mariam, Amira, and the top roof Breakfast supervisor going above and beyond. The location was incredible, just a stone's throw away from Villa Borghese and Piazza del Popolo. The modern art vibe and top-notch hotel soaps and shampoos added to the charm. The dining experience was delicious, especially on the roof with a view, but I found it a bit pricey. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
